More About Blinkit

Blinkit was founded in 2013 in Gurgaon under the name Grofers, before rebranding to Blinkit in 2021 and being acquired by Zomato in 2022. It runs on a quick-commerce model built around delivering groceries and everyday essentials in minutes rather than the next-day timelines older grocery delivery services used, stocked through a network of local dark stores rather than one central warehouse. Beyond groceries, Blinkit has expanded into adjacent services like Bistro, a fast food-delivery arm, showing the same rapid-delivery approach is being applied well beyond the original grocery catalogue.

Because Blinkit now sits under the same parent company as Zomato, its savings landscape genuinely straddles both apps, a coupon code for blinkit only saves you on one order, while a bundled membership or a linked payment method can carry benefits across your grocery orders and your food delivery orders at the same time.

Blinkit First Order Coupon: What It Actually Looks Like

A Blinkit first order coupon code is reserved strictly for accounts that have never placed an order before, and Blinkit checks this against your account, not just whether you've typed a fresh code. You'll often see this offer described as a Blinkit first order coupon code 100 off, but the real value isn't a fixed number everywhere, it typically scales with your cart size and can vary by city, so treat any advertised flat rupee amount as a starting point rather than a guarantee until you see it applied at your own checkout. If you're specifically hunting a free coupon code for Blinkit first order, the safest way to check what's live for your account is the Offers section inside the app itself, since app-shown offers are tied to your account and location rather than a generic code copied from elsewhere.

Smart Bachat Club: Blinkit's Own Membership, Not a Coupon

Here's the part most Blinkit coupon codes today guides never mention: Blinkit sells its own paid membership called Smart Bachat Club, and it's often bundled together with a Zomato Gold subscription in the same purchase. Unlike a Blinkit coupon that saves you money once, a membership like this is built to reduce your delivery fees and unlock better pricing across every order for the length of the plan, so if you order from Blinkit multiple times a month, working out whether the membership cost pays for itself is often more valuable than chasing a fresh Blinkit coupon code each time. Since Zomato owns Blinkit, a Gold membership bundled in this way can also carry over benefits on the Zomato food delivery side, not just groceries, which is easy to miss if you're only comparing grocery-specific offers.

Bank Card and Wallet Offers Work Differently From a Blinkit Coupon

Separate from anything found under Blinkit offers on the app itself, banks and payment apps run their own cashback campaigns tied to how you pay rather than a code you enter first. These are commonly seen on UPI apps and select bank cards, and the cashback usually lands back in your wallet or account after the order rather than reducing the bill at checkout the way a coupon code for Blinkit normally would. Because these are run by the payment provider and not Blinkit directly, the terms, minimum order value, cashback cap, and how many times you can use it a month, are set by that bank or wallet, not by Blinkit's own coupon system.

Rules That Apply to Almost Every Blinkit Coupon

A few restrictions apply across nearly all Blinkit coupons, regardless of which offer you're using:

• Only one coupon code can be applied per order, so a first-order code and a separate discount can't both be used on the same cart
• Most offers carry a minimum cart value, and the order simply won't qualify until you cross it
• Offers are commonly city-specific or account-specific, so a code that works for one user in one city may not apply for someone else elsewhere
• New-user offers are voided the moment an account has placed even one prior order, so they can't be reused later on the same account

If a Blinkit coupon codes listing isn't applying, checking these four points first usually explains why before assuming the code itself is fake.

Blinkit Coupon Code Today | Verified Offers for India - October 2026

Most Blinkit coupon codes today fall into two buckets: a first-order deal for brand-new users, and rotating bank or wallet cashback for everyone else. What most coupon pages skip is that Blinkit also runs its own paid membership, separate from any code, that can outsave a one-time coupon if you order regularly. This page covers both sides properly instead of just dropping a list of codes.
